THREE LEVELS OF FINISH
Not every room needs the same amount of work. We offer three levels of decorating finish, from a straightforward refresh to a more comprehensive preparation and redecoration. We'll discuss the condition of the surfaces and agree the appropriate scope before work begins.
REFRESH
A practical refresh where existing surfaces are generally in good condition.
ENHANCED
A more involved preparation for a cleaner, more consistent decorative finish.
PREMIUM
A comprehensive approach for clients seeking the highest practical standard of finish.
A note on finish quality: The final result is dependent on the condition, stability and quality of the existing background. Deep cracks, movement, damp, uneven substrates or defective previous work may require additional repairs or specialist treatment. We'll assess this with you and clearly agree what's included before starting. A near-perfect decorative finish cannot be guaranteed where the underlying surface is unsuitable.
THE FINISH IS IN THE PREPARATION
Surfaces are assessed and prepared before coatings are applied. Filling, sanding, priming and allowing suitable drying times all contribute to a cleaner, more consistent result.
We consider the condition and type of surface, the environment and the intended appearance when selecting a suitable decorating approach.

COMMON QUESTIONS
Yes. Preparation is an important part of decorating. The work required depends on the surface and can include filling, sanding, minor repairs, cleaning and priming.
Yes. We can include decorating as part of a wider project. New plaster must be sufficiently dry before decorating, and the correct preparation and primer or mist coat should be used for the surface.
We undertake exterior painting to suitable rendered and masonry surfaces. The render must be appropriately cured and dry, and the coating selected to suit the substrate and manufacturer's guidance.
Yes. We consider individual rooms as well as larger decorating programmes and full-property refreshes.
